Innfratactix managed wireless service INCLUDES all the hardware, installation, cabling and everything else you need in one single one-time install fee and a monthly investment price per room, paid either by monthly, quarterly or yearly.

Our flexible options allow not only for easy budgeting but also completely eliminates the periodic "network rebuild" that typically occurs when new Wi-Fi technologies become available. With our system, since we own the hardware, when there's a technology upgrade, we simply upgrade your access points - all included as part of your service plan.

24x7 Monitoring & Response

Our network management platform and network operations team monitors all of our managed platforms, including YOUR property 24x7 and is able to respond immediately to any issues, downed access points, or internet problems.

Our service includes our network operation staff acting as a liaison with your internet service provider. If there is a problem with your internet connections, we will initiate a service call with your ISP on your behalf and manage the issue for you through to resolution - providing you updates along the way.

Revenue Sharing & Advertising

In markets that cater to tourism, we can setup your captive portal so that local businesses (or your own on-premise restaurants & attractions) can pay your property to advertise their restaurant or attraction on the captive portal that each guest sees after logging in to your Wi-Fi network. Our revenue sharing plans on this advertising can help offset the operational costs of providing Wi-Fi to your guests, or in some markets may even completely pay for your Innfratactix Wi-Fi service plan.

Our guest network is capable if integrating with existing equipment and technologies already on-site (if needed) or will function reliably and completely secure on its own.

Standing alone, our network can provide your back office with a segregated wired and wireless network, completely secure and separated from the guest network. Additionally, we can implement bandwidth controls, blocking, and any number of custom configurations and bandwidth shaping as well as supporting large user densities.

Guest access control can be integrated into most PMS systems supporting external integrations. Run on its own, guests can be issued passwords by any number of methods including email, SMS/text, printed access cards, or simple password access with a terms of service.

Accountability & Guest Focus

In keeping with the need to understand guest satisfaction and performance, we provide the property manager a monthly report which outlines the number of calls to our service center and the outcomes of the guest service desk calls.

In addition to the service report, we provide a report detailing guest connectivity which outlines key information related to the performance of your networks as well as advertising revenue & ad performance reporting metrics.

Last but not least, all of our managed services come with clearly defined Service Level Agreements to ensure maximum guest and client satisfaction.
